In this course, you will learn how one industry Sales Associate found and sold an Asbestos Roofing System on a church property after a large Denver, CO hailstorm. We will get on the roof with the asbestos subcontractor and learn about the different kinds of asbestos and the removal procedure. Additionally, we will conduct a roof square test, and a full property inspection, gather data and information , and then head back to the office and write this estimate line by line item using Xactimate.
